Join us for our Shorthorn Stud Herd Dispersal Sale! This is your chance to acquire top-quality Shorthorn genetics. The stud cattle presented in my dispersal sale have been selectively bred over the years with carefully chosen bloodlines to introduce desirable traits. These genetics were incorporated to enhance attributes such as temperament, structural soundness, functionality, fertility, birth weight (BW), calving ease (CE), easy doing and yearling growth (YG). Achieving an optimal ratio of ribeye area (REA) to intramuscular fat (IMF) was a key priority, as I believe this balance is essential for superior eating quality.
With the exception of calves at foot, every stud animal in this dispersal sale is DNA tested with the standard bundle—helping you buy with confidence in proven genetics and performance. All calves at foot are registered.
I am very pleased with the performance of these cattle, as they consistently surpass breed averages across these targeted traits.

Health
All our bulls are vaccinated with 7 in 1 Vibrovax, Pestigaurd, Marks min. They are semen tested, and scrotal measured, and scanned for Rib, Rump, EMA, and IMF. Any bulls used within the stud prior to sale are DNA tested.
Guarantee
All cattle sold come with a one year structure and fertility guarantee. All our bulls are semen tested. In the rare case a bull is found incapable of natural service, Wells Beef will refund or replace the bull provided the problem is not caused by injury or disease incurred after taking delivery.
Transfers
All our stud cattle are registered with the Australian Shorthorn Society and are eligible for transfer.
