These genetics were incorporated to enhance attributes such as temperament, structural soundness, functionality, fertility, birth weight (BW), calving ease (CE), easy doing and yearling growth (YG). Achieving an optimal ratio of ribeye area (REA) to intramuscular fat (IMF) was a key priority, as I believe this balance is essential for superior eating quality.

With the exception of calves at foot, every stud animal in this dispersal sale is DNA tested with the standard bundle—helping you buy with confidence in proven genetics and performance. All calves at foot are registered and tattooed in accordance with the Shorthorn Beef requirements.
